I have always had a passion for working with children.  In fact, for a long time my dream was to become a kindergarten teacher. After I had my son though, I decided I wanted to be able to be home with him, but the passion to work with other children still held strong. Shortly after we moved to the city of Otsego, I learned there was a high demand for child care in the Wright County area. This is when I decided I could still live my dream of working with children and open my own licensed child care.

 

I am currently up to date on all of my training, including CPR, First Aid, Child Seat Safety Restraint, SIDs, Abusive Head Trauma and other required certifications and training.  I have all my certificates available for parents to view at any requested time.

 

I have always been a fan of arts and crafts, music, and other fun activities. Included in my monthly posting of our weekly schedules, you will see I have put together many activities for children of all ages to participate in.

As a provider, my number one concern is the safety of the children I care for and providing a fun, educational atmopshere. I also want the parent(s) of the children I care for to share with me any suggestions or concerns they may have, and I will do my best to incorporate them into my care routine.
